how to use Dry Amla

Dear Frnds,

I have Dry Amla pieces with me. Don't want to use it for hair oil.

How to use dry amla pieces.? Until now i hv used only powder.

You can soak them in sugar or the best is jaggery syrup and have them daily. Or can pickle it or can soak them and prepare amla rice. But the best helathy option is soaking in jaggery syrup.
