| hi , txs a lot for telling me the benifits of amla . i bought amla powder frm india but still was wondering how to use it . can u tell me how to consume amla and how much in a day ? can i use this in cooking also ? also it is not a very fine powder is it ok ? with love |

| Hi, I usually take amla powder mixed in the water. It cleanses the stomach and reduces vatha dosha. You can add this amla powder in the side dishes like gravies for roties. Another recipe is Amla pachadi. Mix amla powder in yogurt. Add salt, grind coconut and green chillies. Mix it well, it goes very well with rice. Enjoy amla!
