    Hey Riya,

Thanks for posting it here. I read this earlier too but you know what, when i went to super market and checked, all the top brands: cello, pearlpet, were having 1.

So which one to go for? And if these plastics are so harmful why is the govt allowing the companies to sell?!!

In addition to the numbers, I would suggest looking for BPA Free(Bisphenol A) bottles.Last year or so, there were reports that even No.7 Polycarbonate based bottles too are not safe.So nowadays for kids, all the baby bottles have to be BPA Free.I saw BPA free plastic containers in Westside shop when I went to a mall in Chennai. So kindly go for it even if it's a bit costly.

Good riya.... We can avoid the use of plastics as containers. The longer the content in plastic container the faster the chemicals get mixed up with the content... thank you for the useful info riya once again...
