    Hi Deepa..

I have posted one new recipe of egg sandwich on this forum u can try that and let me know if your kids liked it.
You can also try egg burji sandwich , by spreading egg burji on one slice of the bread and butter on the other. Grill them or heat it on a tava. You can try making stuffed parathas , with varying stuffings, coriander leaves, mint leaves, methi leaves, or even ajwain and jeera paranthas. They are healthy too. One tip what i can give you, u can make paranthas using a mixture of wheat flour and powdered oats ( ratio: 1:1/2) its very healthy option and also tastes very nice.

    Hi, Very nice book.

A question though. How do the kids manage to eat uttapa or dhosa, pizza etc which r generally eaten hot. Do they like it when it gets cold?

I have a small thermos hotpack (1 cup quantity) that I use for rice / noodles / spaghetti or any other food that has to be eaten hot. He is not fond of extremely hot food, so when I put it in I make sure it is piping hot so that by lunch time it is the right temperature.
