Hi Friends, Today i was so hungry as soon as i came from office. But nothing is ready to eat:bonk I decided to prepare some soup kind of stuff and also thought to do some experiment Finally it evolved into a fiber rich and tasty yummy brownie soup:biglaugh Pls find below the recipe: What you need? -------------------------------- Fist ful of broken brown rice Thinly chopped French beans Grated Carrots Green peas Ginger Garlic Pepper Salt Turmeric Cabbage Leaves Chopped corriender and curry levaes Lemon juice How to prepare: ------------------------ Put half tea spoon of oil into a nonstick pan.Put all the veggies and add turmeric along with garlic and ginger and curry leaves.Saute them on high flame for 5 mins.Add pepper and switch of the stove. In a separate hard bottomed pan, take a cup of brown rice and add more water. After 10 mins drain all the water and add more water.Continue the procedure until the rice becomes too soft and like a dhal.Drain the water,Add the veggies stuff and add more water now..Now put it on high flame and stir continuously. Sprinkle pepper and jeera powder and little lemon juice.Garnish with onion and tomato rings .:wow It really tasted spicy and the veggies inside are very crunchy to chew This is high in fiber content and even those who are on diet can also try this as we have used brown rice that too by filtering all the starch:thumbsup Try this if you are interested and this can be a good dinner Pls pour your feedback Go GREEN Cheers:thumbsup SS
