INGREDIENTS:
- Plain Flour – 1 cup (app 250 gm)
- Dry Yeast – 1/2 tsp
- Sugar – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Warm Water – 3/4 cup
- Mozzarella cheese grated 1/2 – 1 cup
- Vegetables of your choice for topping( Red, green bell peppers, onions etc)
- Cooked chicken pieces ( cut into small cubes) Pizza sauce 1 tbsp
- Oregano seasonings
- Chilli flakes
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Mix Flour + salt.
- Mix Warm Water + yeast + sugar and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Add required Water yeast mix (add in small quantity)to the flour and knead well to make the dough(make sure the dough is neither too tight nor too sticky)
- Roll out the dough (or flatten with hands) in the size of thin crust pizza.
- Take a flat bottom nonstick pan/ tawa and grease with some olive oil.
- Place the rolled out pizza base on the pan.
- Apply pizza sauce.
- Put some grated cheese.
- Add vegetables + chicken pieces.
- Sprinkle some chilli flakes & oregano seasonings.
- Spread on the grated cheese on top.
- Now place the pan on a medium heat stove for 2 minutes. Keep fire on low and cover & cook for 10 – 15 minutesĀ or until the pizza is done.
