INGREDIENTS:
  • Plain Flour – 1 cup (app 250 gm)
  • Dry Yeast – 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • Warm Water – 3/4 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese grated 1/2 – 1 cup
  • Vegetables of your choice for topping( Red, green bell peppers, onions etc)
  • Cooked chicken pieces ( cut into small cubes) Pizza sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oregano seasonings
  • Chilli flakes
PREPARATION METHOD:
  1. Mix Flour + salt.
  2. Mix Warm Water + yeast + sugar and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Add required Water yeast mix (add in small quantity)to the flour and knead well to make the dough(make sure the dough is neither too tight nor too sticky)
  4. Roll out the dough (or flatten with hands) in the size of thin crust pizza.
  5. Take a flat bottom nonstick pan/ tawa and grease with some olive oil.
  6. Place the rolled out pizza base on the pan.
  7. Apply pizza sauce.
  8. Put some grated cheese.
  9. Add vegetables + chicken pieces.
  10. Sprinkle some chilli flakes & oregano seasonings.
  11. Spread on the grated cheese on top.
  12. Now place the pan on a medium heat stove for 2 minutes. Keep fire on low and cover & cook for 10 – 15 minutesĀ  or until the pizza is done.
