What is more important to you – home and family or work and why?
I would say home and family, it goes without saying. These are the two things that determine a woman’s life. It’s the way of life. I never wanted to compromise home for work but always wanted to strike a balance between the two worlds. So I had to put in that extra effort to get it right. When you try to excel in both worlds some time one or the other something does get neglected so it’s important to re-plan re-work, strategise and put in more effort to be the best.
What advice would you give young mothers out there who are eager to work?
Go for flexible work options to satisfy your desire to do something and be someone. This will help create a better environment and urge you to be a better mother too. Try to find balance, that’s the key to being happy.
