What is your work from home schedule like?
I have been brought up in quite an entrepreneurial manner. My family owned a business which was operated from a home based office. My lessons for working from home come right from there.
Just because a business is home based, one should not choose to take much liberties. I work the usual 9-5 hours from my desk at home and hours extend depending on the amount of work. But, you will always find me stuck to my desk for at least eight hours a day like any other corporate employee.
Do you and your partners look for a specific skill set before hiring people?
We look for highly motivated people who can work independently and wish to create a niche for themselves with a start up company like ours. We look for people taking pride in their work, who rank motivation, and good work higher than anything else.
What plans do you have for ProEgde in the next few years?
In few years, we see ourselves well grown in the space of higher education admission, consulting with exemplary services connecting right schools to right candidates. We will introduce more products and services to serve our customers better and help them make more informed decisions in the space of higher education.
