Basically, we offer an entire entertainment and education package for children aged between two and eight years. In our summer camps, we cover everything from fishing, eating golas, to writing letters. It’s supposed to be a fun-learning environment for children.

We also conduct workshops on other interesting things like gardening, music, even a walk through the woods.

What kind of parents do you usually attract?

We mainly attract working parents who may not have time to personally teach their children outside of what they learn in school. But sometimes, parents accompany their children, especially during the weekends, because our workshops are full of humour and innocent fun which they enjoy along with their kids.

When do you hold your workshops, through the week or only the weekends?

It is usually over the weekend, that’s when parents and children are looking to be entertained. Sometimes we hold sessions during an odd Friday, but it’s mostly weekends when we can tap into a larger audience.

But our camps go on for two weeks. That, of course, follows a slightly different format and procedure.

Will you like to extend the activities of The Pow Wow Club across India?

I can’t think of doing that right away. However my partner, Anchal, will soon be moving to Pune. So let’s hope she starts another branch on a small scale. We’ll take it one at a time, but there aren’t any major plans in the pipeline yet.
