When you were performing the business activities from home earlier, was it fruitful?
When we began working from home full-time, there were major adjustments and comprises required. For most of our adult life, both of us had worked in an office, surrounded by cubicles, printers, and fellow employees. That in itself is a different world altogether.
One may think that people who work at home will not be as productive as those in an office space, but this is not true. Although there are causes for concern, the odds are reduced if you are passionate about what you are doing, and imbibe real time corporate ethics into your work. We have done pretty well working from home, as we wanted to keep low overhead costs in the beginning. There is not much of a difference working from home, if you commit yourself to your work in short.
Where do you see C2C in the next 5 years?
The company has intensive growth plans, to scale up operations in the coming years and target new markets. Five years from now, we would want to create more opportunities for ourselves and our employees. We would want to create more jobs and have happy and satisfied customers.
