Acne Trouble

Acne can be an unpleasant problem to deal with, especially if you were expecting a pregnancy glow. But it can easily be dealt with by using home remedies on your face.

You can make a paste by mixing turmeric powder, curd and gram flour, and apply it on your face. Wash it off once it dries.

Alternatively, you can apply a paste made of neem leaves on affected areas.

You should also consider getting a gel facial once a month to open your pores, and relax your skin.

Dealing with Aches and Pains

Aches and pains, along with swollen feet is a common problem, especially during the last trimester of pregnancy. This is also a good excuse to pamper yourself by visiting a spa for a relaxing full body massage, or foot scrub. Just make sure your masseuse knows you’re expecting so she can be gentle with her movements.

Pedicures are also a great way to relax tired feet.

Look Glowing

Looking good in pregnancy requires you to be happy from within. The glow will follow automatically. Just remember to be as natural as possible, and proudly carry yourself when you’re out.

Get a new haircut, shop for fashionable maternity clothes, and just don’t sit back and wait for it to be over. Remember, you’ll be back to your old self, sooner than you think.
