Cheese and Macaroni
- Cook the macaroni in water with a spoon of olive oil so that it does not stick together.
- Strain it out of the water and put it in a baking dish.
- Boil one and a half cup of milk with shredded cheese till its thick.
- Pour the mixture on the macaroni and bake for ten minutes.
- Serve or else mash it with a fork or even form a smooth paste of it in a blender.
Soya Coated with Cheese
- Soak the soya granules in water till they have become fluffy and soft.
- Now boil them in water with a pinch of salt.
- Once done leave them aside.
- Mix a teaspoon of flour and a little butter to a cup of milk.
- Make sure that the flour forms no lumps.
- Next add shredded cheese to it and boil the mixture till its thick.
- Remove from the flame.
- Put it the soya chunks one at a time into the cheesy mixture till its well coated.
- Let the cheese cool and solidify onto the chunks.
- Serve.
- For babies who have not begun finger food, just blend the entire mixture together with some vegetable or chicken stock. Keep it a little watery so that it can be given to them like a soup.
