Many women often hope to have big and firm breasts. Even though size of the breasts is really not a matter to be worried, some may feel insecure about their body shape, and feel stressed out for not having bigger breasts.

Here are some of the natural ways to help these ladies out.


Exercises which increase the pectoral muscle (a group of muscle which lies beneath the breast) help in increasing the breast size.

Try some of these exercises:

  1. Lie flat on a bench or on the floor. Hold one kg dumbbell or two one liter bottles filled with water in both the hand. Keep your arms stretched. Now bring both the arms towards the centre of the chest. This makes one cycle. Do this in 3 sets of 10 repetitions per set.
  2. Pushups: You can do the regular pushups, or the beginners may follow the modified pushups, wherein you keep your knees touching the ground. Once you get practiced you can do regular pushups.
  3. There are a lot easier exercises which can be done at home. Just Google and start practicing the exercise which suits you and with which you are comfortable with.

Before doing any exercise, always consult a physician and make sure that you are fit to do exercises, as some of the exercises may raise your blood pressure.
