My weight loss story

Friends, I thus accomplished my goal and I am keeping my fingers crossed to maintain it. I got full support from IL support group, friends like Varloo and dear Chitvish for giving all of us her wonderful salad, raw food, juices and soup recipes.Here is my diet plan that helped in my weight loss goals. 

This is the 1600 calories diet plan that was suggested for my weight of 67kgs. It will vary for each person. This diet chart is for 6-8 weeks only. After which, I switched over gradually to fruit and veggies diet.
