Medical experts believe that changing the bedtime routine due to change in working shift, jet lag, and daylight saving time can also cause sleeplessness.  Such disturbances are categorized as circadian rhythm sleep disorders. This is a condition when body takes several days to adjust to the new schedule or time zone.
