Learn to Say ‘NO’

Women are prone to take on extra work, because we hardly say ‘no’. Help yourself, and set limits. Avoid saying yes immediately to anyone, be it a friend or family, and give yourself time to think over it. Prioritize your tasks and ask yourself if you really want to add-on more. Finally, save some me- time for yourself.

Exercise

A 15-min morning exercise can do wonders to not only your body, but also your mind. Try it and feel the difference, even if it means a simple brisk walk or yoga three times a week. Also exercise your mind by reading, playing scrabble or chess, writing or learning a new language or dance form.

Do It Now

If you find yourself stuck on things you should be doing and aren’t, then set a time limit to finish it or let go off it. Staying stuck in the middle is a good way to punish yourself, and cause mental trauma.

Change it!

People change, feelings change, times change. Change is inevitable and a part of life. It’s for you to be patient and give yourself time to embrace the new and let the change happen.

Express Yourself

Women are capable of making incredible assumptions while talking to anybody and act as if they are true. It’s worth the risk to be upfront and clear the doubts and be ‘BINDASS’ about your feelings.

I have adapted at least 7 of the 10 in my lifestyle for a healthy mind. How many are you willing to try to be mentally fit and strong?
