Friends, Soon I will be in next level of my career as a Lead ( accepting new position)..So planning to re arrange my ward robe for office wear.. So far in my career I have worked as a developer so did not paid much attention on dressing and used to wear casuals and occasional formal shirts and trousers.. I'm 5.2 in height and medium weight.. Please suggest some good stores to buy formal dresses like skirts, jackets and shirts etc.. and also what kind of dresses will usually suits for my height and for the Lead kind role in office, my new job in hot weather so no need of sweaters etc.. Now a days sleeveless tops n skits r fashion. Formal pants and formal shirts will be decent with small over coat. Formal skirt and formal shirt with over coat is super.
