Hi all, I have been in IT sector for past 9 years. I am really frustrated with the work. I used to love working when i was a fresher but now i am saturated. Are all ladies in the same boat like me? or i am feeling a bit more upset. Please share your views.

Op, I assume ur married now and may be have kids too..if s then this feeling is very natural... if u think the saturation is because of the monotonous jobs u end up doing everyday.. try to learn something new or complete a certification to change lines....or take up a work with nearly no stress .. both might give u a break... Even I had this feeling.. I changed my roles as per my convenience and areas of interest.. now feeling completely fine
work to be loved first then all you can manage talk to yourself first why you are getting tired in work and what type of it then u can get solution
Hi Better change the job or take break from the current job, refresh and re-join. You will surely start liking the job again.
change your Job, and lookout for more challenging job profiles that fits your profile. that way you won't be bored or tired doing the same stuff. More over, change of place and people can do good thing in your daily life. Good luck!
It might be a good idea to look for other opportunities that you would like to move into in this field. Maybe management or something else. You could also take some time to study and move into the direction you plan.
