can i work in more than one job using ead?

hi, iam not sure whether this is the right forum to ask this q
so plz forgive me if not.

my question is
is is legal to work for two jobs from one ead?
iam currently an ead holder,
iam gettting a job opportunity to work in hourly basis now, and in august I am joining university to do my m.s, and will be using my ead to work in assistanship programs. I want to know whether taking up the hourly job now, will affect in any way my assistanship program in the future.
both work i will be able to take up only with my ead.
so plz help me by clarifyin my doubt

You should check with your immigration lawyer about this, although I think it is ok if you are the dependant filer - i.e. your husband is the primay applicant for the 485.
