A Second Career Program for women in India by Tata

Tata has launched a Second Career Internship Program for women professionals who have taken a break from career and want to start their second careers.Go to :: TATA Second Career ::

-Initially, SCIP is available only to women professionals residing in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Pune and surrounding areas.

-Initially, SCIP is available only to women who have a work experience of four years or more in domain areas such as marketing, sales, advertising / communication, human resource management, finance / accounting, legal, manufacturing, engineering, IT, corporate planning, or other corporate functions.

-SCIP is currently available only to women who have taken a break from employment of eight years or less.

I am hoping that this program would surely be available in all the metro cities ,so that many women who wanted to start career would definetly be benifited. This sure is a good idea and really helps them who want to start their second innings.
