teach dance

I am a H4 visa holder in the continental USA. A few family and friends are asking me to teach bharatanatyam to their kids. My husband wants me to rent a studio and start off. whatever i do i want to it to be legal- atleast permissible by law. can i go ahead and teach kids? i love teaching dance and have been holding back for 4 years due to this dilemna
