Need info about Elance!!

Hi all,

I wanted to know if people like me, on H4 visa can also work on projects viaElance.com or will it be illegal to accept the money? Or else, can I accept money via my account in India?

Please help me with some info regarding this. I am really fed of doing housework only and have reached a point of desperation to get started on some work, even if it is some freelance projects from home.

Also, for those of you who have already availed of projects via Elance, do share your experience.

Please refer this thread within the same forum that has already a lengthy discussion about Elance. Browse through that thread and post your questions/feedback/comments in that thread than opening a new one. That way you will get to know information already shared there and also those following that discussion would respond to your queries.
