Default General & Specific Guidelines For Posting In This Forum

Dear Members

There are two categories of members who benefit from this subforum:
  • Women looking to work from home
  • Women willing to share their opportunities of working from home
We want to make this a “genuine” work from home forum. The purpose of this forum is for members to share their good and bad experiences with “work from home” opportunities. As you are all aware, the internet abounds in scams in many “work from home” opportunities. Indusladies takes the best possible steps to moderate and delete such scams, but we cannot and are not able to identify all such scams. Please refer to the "Forum Etiquette" link posted below to ensure that you are complying with our posted rules and regulations.


1. General guidelines:
  • Do not give your personal telephone number or email address in a public forum. Always use private messaging, if you have that access priviledge.
  • If you choose to provide your personal information, then you are doing that at your own risk.
  • Bring to our attention if you suspect any scams sent via private message. We will take immediate action to ban such user.
  • Indusladies does not support or oppose any opportunities posted here.
  • Please be aware that women in H4 status are not legally allowed to work in the United States and hence please be aware of the consequences of any action you take.
  • Indusladies cannot be held responsible for any action that you may take.

2. Specific guidelines:
  • A.Women looking to work from home
    • Go through the threads to see if there are opportunities that meet your needs.
    • If you start a thread looking for opportunities to work from home, be specific about your education, experience, etc.
    • If you respond to a thread about a specific opportunity, please read the original post to ensure you understand the requirements.
    • Do not post one liners like “I am interested in working from home, please help”
  • B. Women willing to share their opportunities of working from home – these include women sharing their knowledge and experiences of working from home with others looking to work from home.
    • Do not post any scams about work from home opportunities.
    • Do not promote your own business here saying it is a work from home opportunity.
    • Do not post referral links to survey sites or other work from home opportunities here and try to earn by our members clicking on it.
    • Do not use this forum to solicit personal information from members.
    • Describe the nature of the job as much as possible.
    • Give a range of compensation that can be expected.
    • Expectations of education, experience, location.
    • Misuse of Indusladies in any manner will not be tolerated and the username and post will be immediately deleted.

Good and crisp..

I think, people who have benefitted from any of the postings in this forum should come forward, to share their success and their experience so that it will be useful for others.

At the same time, It would be better if somebody who had a bad experience also come forward and put a word to others as a warning...

after this forum is about sharing info, and helping each other...

Really a good eye opener.I feel all the moderators,induslady and the concerned persons are striving hard to alert our members and always put a word of caution abt the negative consequences of scam mails etc.More over they make it a point to remind each and every time.My
devout and loud appreciation to all those.I still feel there are lots of confusions in work from home jobs.As shanvy said people must come forward to share their experiences.
