Queries on Contract Issue

I have got some offers for working from home, but this needs some investments. When it comes to investments counts [:)]. So worried to invest in some new n unknown companies. The Company has some contract too.

I would like to know what all the contract should contain.

Since you are investing money into this opportunity, make sure that the other party is not indulging in a scam of some kind. We hear of many such cases where companies promise work from home, collect some monies in the name of sending some kind of a "kit", and then nothing happens.
