 HR Counsaltancy I would like to know if anyone has been into HR Consultancy&Recruitment. I have a few contacts who can source for candidates, hence would like to have some lead on the Employer Front who would need candidates, specially in the IT industry. I will be based in Singapore. I will be glad if any of you can help me find prospective employers and if there are any websites where I can find suitable openings. Thanks PoorniDaya.      |

 Re: HR Counsaltancy Poornidaya, I think you can check out consultancies that have referrals programmes...and also companies that have referral programmes..This scheme helps you get a percentage as a fee for referral.. I have not heard any success stories..but have come across such schemes in the IT sector.. hope it helps...

First of all, I am just starting to do HR recruitment for ITES and IT candidates along with a friend of mine in chennai. As mentioned, I am sorry, I am yet to leave for s'pore due to personal problems. So currently, I can help people with local placements. If you are interested in doing it, dont worry, just go ahead and do it. First make contacts and build up a network and LOOK for employers. I am sure you will find a way.
