Need someone to work from Home

Hi Friends,

A family friend of ours - who is based in the US - is running a small business in the US. He needs some one from India to do email customer support.

This is not mind-numbing and boring data entry type job. He will provide some initial training where he will indicate the typical customer support issues that arise in his business and how to respond to those customer isssues through email. After the training, when a customer sends an email query, you will respond to it based on the broad idea that he provided during the training.

This is a simple task, but if you show aptitude for his business, he has more work that he can offload to you.

Initially, he would want this person to work for 2-4 hours per day, Indian time. Work times are very flexible. He will pay an hourly rate. If all goes well, he might consider taking this person on as a full-time work-at-home employee for him.

Requirements
- Excellent command over written English (absolutely no compromises here)
- Should be able to work a minimum of 2-4 hours a day
- Must have computer and internet connection at home

Important: you need to demonstrate your written English skills to him. If you are a regular contributer in this or other forum, he will use that as a way to evaluate. If you don't contribute here, making a few well-written posts would help him evaluate your candidacy.
