What are your wishes?

Hello Ilites,
I wished to become a doctor, but I am software engineer by profession.
I wished to have a girl baby, but I had 2 boys.
I wish to have my own business in future.....

What are your wishes, has it been fulfilled??

nice thread punitha,

i wanted to be in the teaching profession but landed in software.
hope one day i will get back to teaching and feel happy.
regarding kids, i dont have but i wish to have a baby girl first.

A nice thread all the ladies can add the wishes wonderful post.
I wished to become a CA but got married.
Wished to be a good Housewife and I am one( hope so I am right)
Always wished to live my life the way I want and here I thank God for granting me that wish too as my DH never had any objections in the way I live.
First I should thank God for giving me such wonderful DH who has given me full freedom to do what I want. (Important thing to keep in mind do not take advantage of our spouse's goodies).

I wanted to be a Graduate but could study only till X. But i am happy only.What is in our fate only we will get cant blame anyone. Becos of nice friend and nice Boss i had a good job . Joined as a Typist, later became Steno and Senior Assistant.

I wanted a Modern husband. He is modern in his thought but dressing wise he is not so modern. But lately after my son's marriage he has started wearing Kurta Pyjama and everyone is jealous. He lives for others . That makes him a gem of a person.

In life u dont get what u want. U have to be satisfied with what u have. Though i did not get what i want in life I am satisfied with what i have so i have enjoyed my life so far. I have everything in life only we have to become grand parents.

The specialty of the life is such that what ever want, we wont get.

But my great dream after marriage is getting a girl child. Whenever i see a girl child i will chat with her. But everybody told that i will have only a boy baby. After the delivery the doctor also teased me that i delivered only boy. I told her I dont want boy. Exchange it for a girl baby". She laughed and said it is girl baby only like a red rose. Then only I saw the child.

But, after that what ever I wish never happened. But I didnt expect that much. So no disappointment.

hmm.....some how i feel god always gave me what i wanted..but after i face lot of struggles ups and downs...and i long for that for days n days and years n weeks :) finally i get it...

so he gave me what all i wanted....but there is one wish i have which i am again longing to see being fulfilled....that is...i want my husband to love me the most, pamper me and care me and trust me more ....more than anyone else....i want him to stand by me no matter what the situation is....without questioning or doubting or thinking what is right or wrong and by the way hope god gives me the same strength to do all the above equally!! hope god grants me this wish soon!!
