A centurion!! Wow, and then who deserves this honour more than you in IL. You are such a positive force in IL, a father, avuncular, Guru figure all rolled in one lovable, amicable package. Your writings have such mastery over English language, usage and grammar- that each post is a lesson in itself, either for the language or for the content. And the topics you come up with- from a stranger next door to memories of childhood to sinning- your range is most amazing.And I must mention the way you reply to the posts in your forum. Be it praise, peeves, admiration or apology- you accept everything with grace, a shrug and a smile and have a kind word for everyone. We in IL look ahead to the next 100 threads. May you always be round for mavericks like me to look up to and learn.

It is my great pleasure in wishing you a very long innings in IL - with the cricket matches going on, that seems to be the most apt word!
This noon, I made a count of your threads to start a third post and then a new thread on your 101st thread - Devika beat me to it & I am very happy more because I know she is your ardent fan.
Let us share the pleasure that we, senior citizens have a good following in IL, where the average age may not be more than 30-35??
Why not we start a thread exclusively for senior citizens, I mean, only 60+ ? !
You may kick start one & I will join you.
