Once in 4 years....

Hi All,
Today is the day which comes once in 4 years! Yes... Feb 29th comes only in a leap year, which is once in 4 years.
I always wondered as to how those people, whose birthdays, anniversaries or any other personal milestones fall on this day, would celebrate these days...
So ladies, if any of you are the lucky (or should I say "unlucky") ones, please do let the IL know your experiences....

I was wondering about the same thing but then many can celebrate their star birthday is one way I can think of celeberating the day every year. Let's see what the blessed ones say.
