A request to job seekers and job posters - Please read.

Dear IL friends,

IL is a great platform to share whatever we have to get ideas, suggestions and questions.Hope all of us will agree with me.

My request is: Job seekers:-

Those of you who have benefited from WFH (genuine jobs) please come back to the same thread from where you found the work in IL and please post your honest opinion about the nature of job, if its genuine , about payment etc.
I have seen that most of us contact the poster through PM and then leave the thread in hanging air.

Job posters:-
Most of you open a thread and then type a one liner as to" WFH job available ping me, pm me etc..." and then never respond to the people who are desperately seeking help.Most of the times the posts are even an year old and still members keep posting with no avail.Most of the times your PM box is full.Please close the thread or post info as to the job positions are closed etc so that it will help members to move on.

So my request , Please keep your thread updated about some info i.e, If you are still recruiting,any initial payments etc.

This request is going to help all of us. Kindly excuse me if this has offended anyone.I hope not.

Vsharma..Im so fed up with no reply from any of those(excluding a very few)..thats why..
