hello IL's Is it legal for H4 visa holders teach to students in india through skype? Earlier tutorvista used to recruit but now they stopped doing it. Any other sites suggested? or can we IL's take up project and do it by requesting our contacts in india?

Why dont you check with your visa status in US to see what are you allowed to do? A word of advice though, if visa says you cannot work, then I guess the ban includes work from home options as well.
