Problem with laptop

Hi Everyone,

I have a HCL laptop; however, the battery is troubling a lot. The red light is meant to signal when the battery is low, but even after giving full charge it is still showing the red light, I really don’t know what has happened to my laptop.
Does any one of you have any idea?
If you do then please help me…

Hello Bhaswati,

I think it will be better if you go to the service center of HCL. It is really strange that even after charging the red light is signaling. I think that there must some serious trouble with your lappy. So before the matter gets worst, go to the service center.
