Wink Favorite Bollywood Dialogues

Hi Beautiful ladies,
Do you think Bollywood movies are mostly known for songs, actors, action and plot? Well dialogues are also very important. I can give you plenty of examples of Bollywood flicks which were made famous for its dialogues. In other words, dialogues of many movies have become immortalized.
Won’t you all agree with me? I am sure you all will.

My favorite dialogues of Bollywood are many, but I liked almost all the dialogues of ‘Sholay’. No movie can beat ‘Sholay’ in terms of dialogues for sure.

Be it Gabbar Singh, Thakur, Jai, Veeru and even their lady loves.
Anyways, what is your favorite dialogue of Bollywood movies, new and old.

Will love to see your posts so start posting girls…

Hi Teestabasu:

My favorite dialogue from Bollywood movies are many. Will give some that pop up right now in my head.

1. Jo dar gaya woh mar gaya....

2. Kanoon ke haath lambe hothe hai....no more 'lambe' in India. But very true with the IRS in the USA.

3. Pyaar andha hotha hai.

Just can't get all now but I have quite many favorites. Will keep posting.
Yes, me too ...I love to watch Sholay again and again.

Adara

Hello Teesta,

You are right when bollywood dialogues are in question; the first film that comes in our mind is ‘Sholay’. It has really got some memorable dialogues. My favorite dialogue from the movie are many, however, the one that is coming to my mind is the one by Gabbar “Paachas Paachas Kos Door Gaon Mein Jab Bachcha Rota Hai To Maa Kehti Ha Beta Soja…Soja Nahi To Gabbar Singh Aa Jayaga”.

There are many other movies, which has many memorable dialogues. If I get to recollect those I will surely post it here.

Waiting to see many posts...

Hello Girls,

This is my favorite post till date. I live and eat Bollywood movies. I don’t miss any of Hindi movie, especially of Shahrukh Khan, he is my best actor. And my favorite dialogue would be from Shahrukh’s movie obviously. It is from ‘Diwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge’. Though I don’t remember it exactly, lemme try and reframe it – ‘bari bari desho mein aisi choti choti baatein hoti rehti hai, Senorita.

There are many other dialogues of his movie that I like but right now I am failing to remember any more.
Will post again when I will be able to recollect.
In the mean time, you all keep posting.

Take care,

Bye,

Shreya

Smile Re: Favorite Bollywood Dialogues

Hi everyone,

Bollywood movies come up with some really ‘heavy-weight’ dialogues. Be it of ‘Sholay’ or ‘Deewar’. I remember a very famous dialogue of ‘Deewar’ – ‘mein aj bhi feke huye paise nahin utatha hoon’. The Hindi movies have also got some very funny dialohues as well, though I cannot recollect any. Whatever, my fav dialogue from Hindi movie would be from Rang De Basanti. Though I will not be able to quote the exact dialogue, it starts somewhat like this “Koi bhi desh perfect nahin hota…”
This is indeed a very inspiring dialogue and every time I hear it, I get Goosebumps…
Share yours as well…

Bye,

Love,

Aditi

Hello Girls,

Very nice topic indeed. For me the best dialogue would be from the movie ‘Chak De India’, the ‘sattar minute’ dialogue. I cannot quote it, because I don’t remember a bit of it. This is one dialogue which I like very much…
It is inspiring indeed.
Besides I like the dialogues of ‘Sholay’ as well…

Keep posting…

Mousumi

Hello Everyone,

I am so overwhelmed to see so many replies to my thread. I really feel lucky to have an account in indusladies and you all as my friend. My favorite dialogue would be from the movie ‘Anand’. In the dialogue, life was compared to a stage and we all human beings play different roles at different parts of our life. Much similar like “All the world's a stage…” of Shakespeare mouthed by Jacques in ‘As You Like It’.

Anyways, you all keep posting…

Love,

Teesta
