Bollywood's Worst Endings

Hello girls,
Last day I saw the movie ‘Mela’. I am sure you all have heard the name. Besides being the worst of Aamir Khan’s movie, it has possibly the worst ending. Don’t worry I am not going to write about the ending. How could someone make a movie like that. After watching the movie, I actually thought that there are plenty of Bollywood movies which has horrible endings and if I start to count, the time will fall short…

Anyways, can we all share the worst endings of Bollywood movies here…

Hello Bhaswati, You are true that there are many Hindi movies which have the worst endings and the list is surely endless. You are also correct about ‘Mela’. How could Aamir sign for a movie like this? Anyways, this mistake will never be repeated by Aamir again I am sure.

For me in the recent past, the movie with the worst ending probably is ‘Kabhie Alvidah Na Kahena’, the movie itself was a headache, leave out the ending. Bad story, poor acting and worst possible ending. The union between Shahrukh and Rani was done forcefully.

Anyways, don’t wanna spoil my mood writing about KANK.

Hello both of you,

I am a Hindi film buff. I have so seen so many movies with bad endings that if I sit to write all those, then the time will fall short. Anyways, let me just see which one should I write about…hmmmmm…it is ‘Salaam Namaste’. It was released few years back and starred Saif Ali Khan and Priety Zinta.
The theme of the film was nice, it dealt with ‘live-in’ relationship. But my God, the ending, it was just horrible and with Abhishek in the final scenes, nothing could be worse. He played a doctor but he looked more a cartoon than a doctor. Pathetic acting by all the actors. I dint understand why was the ending like that. I was just stupefied to see such bad acting and ending.

Would not you all agree???

You three have posted not only movies with worst endings but also movies that are worst. My God KANK was such a headache; the movie wasn’t ending only...the title track during that time makes no sense. It is a movie gone terribly wrong in every ways.
Well, the recent movie which I have seen with the worst ending is ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’
Suppose your clean shaven husband comes with a face full of beard, wouldn’t you recognize him? This movie is something! what did Aditya or his father, dunno which of the two made the movie, think the audience to be? Pathetic storyline and the ending…my goodness…all of a sudden you become a ‘sati savitri’ and realize that you love your husband…haven’t we have had enough of movies like these??? Ah!!! Worst!!!

The movie which I think has got the worst ending is ‘Dostana’. In the end John and Abhishek kissed each other to prove that they want to be forgiven by Neha. Firstly the movie itself was rubbish, it had got no story line then this ending it was headache.

Anyways, I really get furious when I walk about this movie..

For me all the romantic movies of bollywood have pathetic ending. In fact, most of the recent love stories of Bollywood(the films) are bogus. Those are like ‘golper goru gache chora’ type. I laugh a lot when I watch these romantic movies. They seem more like comedies, exceptions are there of course like 'Jab We Met'. But in general they are crap movies with crap endings.

Thanks all of you for posting. To Shreya, I too dint like watching ‘Salaam Namaste’, it was total waste of money, and the least talked about the ending the better and so was the movie KANK. It was pathetic, the worst seen in many years.
I recently saw ‘Kaminey’, it dint turn out as I had expected. Very ordinary plot. The ending was quite disappointing, and T2 has rightly reviewed it ‘more smoke than fire’
After ‘Maqbool’ especially, ‘Kaminey’ is not expected from Vishal Bharadwaj.
Neither the movie is very good nor is the ending.
But Shahid was too good, especially as Charlie.

I think I echo same with Bhaswati, "Mela" was a movie which I hated to watch, it had a worst story line, worst acting and moreover I coud'nt imagine that Aamir Khan would sign such a pathetic movie.

In the recent times, last week I watched "Daddy Cool" OMG, we had to switch off the DVD in the middle, how patheic movie it was. Horrible storyline, worst acting.

You have said right, how could Aamir act in a movie like ‘Mela’. I dint like his ‘Ghajini’ as well, every 5 mins, he kept forgetting. And we prayed he should not forget again, he stuck to his forgetfulness. I hated the movie.
Anyways, one movie that was bad and had no reason to make was ‘Kidnap’. I don’t know what went on throughout the movie. Everything was awful. The least said about the end the better. I cannot describe how bad the ending was.

Well there are many movies which have pathetic endings but right now I can remember ‘Heyy Baby’ which has got the worst ending. The movie itself was a crap and so was the ending. I hated watching that movie.
