Hi Everyone,
You all know what I have put on so much weight in few days that I fail to fit in my dresses. I will have to make new sets of dresses it seems, so you all can well imagine how much fat I have put on. Now I seriously want to lose my weight and be back to my ‘slim and trim’ figure. Lol!!!! Help me out girls; I am sure that you all know plenty of weight losing techniques. Please please tell me how to lose weight in the easiest way possible. Hope you all will help me…

Unless people have seen u in person, I dont think anybody can guess
how fat u r. You probably were a slim and trim person and have
dresses fitting exactly to that. Even a wee bit of excess weight possibly
is making u feel that u r fat.
Firstly, we need to feel good about the way we look. Nextly, if u
really really struggling due to over weight, then start excercising
regularly. I personally do not believe in diets and depriving myself
from eating anything. Eat regularly, sensibly, healthy, in moderation
and drink plenty of water. Eat small portions but have 5-6 meals
a day , is what they say when u start excercising.

I can give you a simple method of losing weight. It is simple and very easy. You will not have to do too many things. You can try it, and if it works for you then well and good.
My sister followed it and it has helped her a lot.
Drink a glass of water. (calories saved: 97)
Walk up and down a flight of stairs for 10 minutes (calories burned: 100)
Get up 10 minutes early and go for a brisk walk (calories burned: 100)
