How do you choose your dresses? - Poll for 28th Aug to 3rd Sep, 2005

This week we intend to poll about your preference on selecting dresses for yourself. Interesting subject for ladies right???

We all dress up for different occasions. But whatever be the occassion, when you choose your dresses what are the main factors you consider?

Share your thoughts by casting your vote. I'm sure it will be useful and interesting to know what majority of the ladies consider while selecting their dresses.

My husband chooses best fitting and suitable dresses for me ranging from Salwar kameez to Cholis to Pants. He also gets me traditional sari for occassional wearing. His selections are always best on me.

I normally choose clothes that are comfortable, neat, presentable, decent and attractive to my husband..

I choose clothes that would suit my figure and I select clothes for occassions. Presently, I do take my daughter's advise while selecting clothes as she comes out with great ideas sometimes.

Basically, I like sarees... the best dress ever invented. Makes u look neat, decent, respectable, sexy.. it makes u look what u want..

then comes pants and tops. Nowadays u get such variety of tops, from kurtis to western tops .. the choice is endless...

I choose my dresses in the following order of preference...

feels wearing it comfortable
liked by my husband
makes me look decent and attractive

I'm comfortable in a Salwar kameez than anything else. That is one dress that needs less consciousness about whether we are fully covered.

01. what my hubby feels looks good on me because dresses of his choice always look good on me.
02. dresses which make me feel comfortable and look decent

Wearing a dress that is comfortable to me is the first requirement. Beyond that, I like to wear dresses that are attractive to others. My husband is a big part of "others"!

The motivation for my dressing changed with my age...

When I was ......................... I wore dresses that

less than 16 yrs old ................My friends will talk about.
between 18 and 25 yrs old........Make me look attractive to others.
between 26 and 30 yrs old........My husband thinks are good on me
more than 30 yrs old................Are most comfortable to me...
