Hi Mals,
You too?..oh..ok.. I am not alone.
Though many people fear lift they wont tell it openly. If I am asked the reason for not using the lift I too dont say the truth sometimes..I simply say 'it is a good exercise to my whole body to climb up and down' because again I fear what if they make fun of me.

Hi Amitha,
In your case, you should have watched programme on capturing FEAR IN COLOURS AND SONY CHANNEL. It would have helped!

Sorry I don't know what programme you are mentioning. What was it about? I don't know whether I would be able to overcome all these non-sense that is struck in my brain. My DH keeps complaining that I am very paranoid about everything in life. I guess I can't help. The problem with me is that I really don't see the fear as a problem, I feel it is the norm of life. Hi Asha,
When I first saw them, wondered how people got in and out so neatly. My mom would stand in style wearing a saree and me with a salwar or troursers were stand all prepared to jump the last step! Someone had told me that if you miss the step, you will tumble and fall down! Ha! Ha!
With so many malls around, I have practised well to to move around in Escalators! Now it is very simple and easy! Ha Ha
