As I cook more of North Indian Dishes, I use more of Dhaniya and less of Curry leaves. Here, in Mumbai too the prices of veggies have touched the sky. As pure vegetarians, we cannot opt for anything else. So have to shell out the moolah and get what we want.

I pick all the items in your list except for the pumpkin...Two more additions to my list is Onion (white & pink) & cucumber...

My hubby & son prefers to have baby potatoes..or potatoes cut in small cubes and fried..

Yeah Mals, i think onions are also missing in your list..!! Cucumber my favorite and will compulsory buy that..!!

the first thing that I pick is tomatoes and potatoes.Though I personally dont like pumpkin,thats the first thing my husband picks!

All those you mentioned are must in my list.. so i am voting for all.. and the otherthing i dont miss is Ladysfinger.. which is my fav..

Hi Sashi,

White Pumpkin is one of my favourite vegetable. I use it in Curd curry, I also make raita out of it. Hey, i also like them in my Sambhar. I just love this vegetable. An idea here for you to grab it next time.
