How often do you shop for your lingerie?

hi mals,
nice topic, i generally buy for 4 to 6 months for B's and V's.
i buy in half a dozen as such and i do handwash them without fail .
before my marriage my mother use to shop for these,and after marriage first time i saw in my husband's bag ,there were more of vests and underwear than his t shirts or pants,frankly then only i got to know about his cleanlyness even i followd the same .

I agree with you, we feel good when we wear good clothes including innerwears. Even I prefer to hand wash them, I have a friend who collects her innerwears in wash bag along with other clothes and washes them on SundaysDrowningDrowning. Gossh!!! Mind you, She is very beautiful and people go ga ga on her. Only few know about her approach to cleanliness!!Big LaughBig LaughBig Laugh

Your post was the cracker of jokes for our tea section in the morning. When I told them that you had mentioned about more vests and undies than shirts in your DH's wardrobe, we were having a hearty laugh. That was a good observation and a good habit too of your husband.

Nice topic.. I change my inner wears every 6 months.. I can not stand worn out inner wears.. I want them to be clean and fit else i will feel uncomfortable.. As you all said even I have noticed people using saggy ones. Even when someone comes as guests to my house, they bring those age old ones. I just cant imagine how they can be like this. They spend so much for other dresses but when it comes to lingeries . Once i asked one of my cousins. Her reply was "ulla potrukatha yaar paaka pora". I was like RantRantRant

I will feel very uncomfortable with such saggy wears, Oh!! i will never wait for them to go out of shape

I buy my innerwears once in 3 months and I always have a stock for nearly 3 sets ... I have a habit of wearing New sets on my B'days, Christmas and New Year ... Now, it is even more occassions for my Wedding Anniversary and my hubby's b'day including... ... I put them in machine in Delicate and never mix with other clothes ... Regards, Suni ...
