In my opinion, mostly after child birth women tend to gain weight. Sometimes during pregnancy due to taking extra nutritious food.College days - never - I was unimaginably thin

Eating so much of nuts and other nutritious food during pregnancy, I gained weight. After that, though I struggle to reduce, I haven't been able to reduce so much

I feel most women, though not many, take less care about their beauty, body weight and dressing up, etc. post marriage. Especially gaining weight is seen to be common among women post marriage. This is my observation

My friend become fat during pregnancy saying that she is eating for the benefit of the baby! After that, she says she couldn't find time to exercise and reduce weight because she need to take care of the baby!
