| Sridhar, A very perfect ending, indeed... I am on my way to read all the ten paasurams of Thiruppanaazhwar... No words to express my feelings about the Divya saritham of Thiruppaanazhwar and also for you bringing such stories amidst us... sriniketan

| Dear Lalitha, Quote:
If it should be of any consolation to you, I have also gone through that phase many times. Even yesterday when the Favouritism thread was rocking IL, I felt depressed. From the fb I get in my forum I knew there are quite a few people who like my writings. But from that favouritism thread I came to know that there are many, many who are not interested in my writings. That was a jolt for me. I am yet to find out what lesson SHE wants me to learn in this. I am just keeping my fingers crossed. Quote:
And so dear friend, you need to bow down to that Universal Love which at times appears as God, at times appear as a friend, at times appear us some words, spoken or written. Quote:

| Dear Dear Vidya, A response like this will surely drive me to dive even deeper into our great spiritual ocean and come up with real pearls for you. When I wrote the post last Tuesday I was crying all along. I had to cleverly hide my face from my wife, lest she should be worried. Somehow true love makes me cry, even if it just exists in fiction, in just my imagination, hallucination or whatever. And this real-life love story made me sob, because this was quite perfect. Even in the case of Aandal, there is a hidden raider. Aandal of course is Mahalakshmi herself. She was not born in the ordinary way. Periazhwar just found her in the garden. And we have Aandal sannadhi in all our temples. But Thirupanazhwar is of much recent origin. He was born an ordinary mortal like the rest of us, but went right into God Himself, because and only because of His love. When you say that you are going to narrate this to the little boy I am even more proud. They say that the most effective, powerful readers are the young mothers. For when they read something and are impressed by it, then a whole generation is benefitted. Quote:

| Thanks for your long and detailed answer to my fb Varalotti. Once again I am amazed at your patience and determination to reply to all of us in such an elaborate detail. That should clear some doubts as to why you receive so many feedbacks!! L, Kamla |

| Dear GF, You are most welcome. When the story is written by the Great Writer who writes the life-stories of each one of us, from the amoeba to the most complex being, it can only be perfect. Please dont use such words to describe our friendship. The feelings are mutual. And I am no more than your fellow traveller in the journey of life suffering the same pains, depressions and weaknesses. While I thank you for your kind prayer I request you to add one more statement to it. That whatever good health and other blessings that SHE might choose to confer on me, may I spend them fully to spread the message of Love. Thanks GF once again. Love, Quote:

| Sriniketan, Thanks. Happy and proud to know that I have driven you to the paasurams. Two requests here. Get to know the meaning as well. And make sure that you read it aloud in your husband's presence. If you want any help regarding meaning, please feel free to write to me, in this forum itself. The paasurams have come from the depths of a loving heart. They are sure to bless you and yours for all time to come. regards, |

| When someone devotes her time and energy to read my post and post a fb, this is the least I can do for her. I was naively thinking that receiving many fbs is a plus point. But the developments of the last two days have made me think otherwise. Strange are HER ways. Stranger still are the ways of HER world. love, |

| Dear Sridhar I read all your responses to this post and they are all so amazing. You know what we can form short stories from the responses you give to every one of our feedback. You have so much patience and i am really proud to have known someone like you through IL. There is a lot to learn for me from elders like you, but just wanted to make a point that your responses were as much impressive as your original narration of the story.. Infact write more like these pieces Sridhar. There is so much in our past that we fail to know and stories like this are really enriching. Thanks Sridhar Regards Vidya Last edited by Vidya Arun; 16th June 2008 at 10:23 AM. |
