The story is very interesting. Sexual harassment at workplace is a big problem in many countries. If girls are as bold as Durai's daughter, there will be a definite solution to this problem.

You just cant realize the words I have to tell you. It is just like what I told one of my friends to do. Though I dont accept tit for tat when it comes to somethings like this it is the best medicine.

thanks for the message. I do agree things like that happen in some places like the TV serials and that it is the girls' choice to keep away or go there and get caught. Agreed.

Within an hour after the release of Sunday's paper, my friend, a retired English professor called me.

He said, "thanks sridhar, for you did leave us academics out of this scandal. But take it from me, academic world is at least as bad as the tv world or the cine world. I can pin point to half a dozen colleagues of mine who insisted that the girls should sleep with them if their dissertations have to be approved."

Then can we say, that girls should also keep out of academics? Or should we say, to do Ph.D, is a girl's choice? And then no one will be prepared to marry a girl who had done her Ph.D.

I know there are girls who voluntarily sleep with their teachers probably in a hero-worshipping mode. I count them out. I am concerned with those girls who are threatened into sleeping with the Directors, their Guides and the teachers.
The crooks do not stop to think for a moment that the same thing can happen to their own girls.

I wrote this story in a fit of fury. Dinamalar appreciated my feelings and has published the story without even changing a comma. They have cut down the second story in this issue to accommodate my story.

I do not want this thread to be a discussion on my story. Let's discuss the sexual harrassment issues happening to women.
