Dear Varalotti,
I read the story in Hindi though I didn't read the English one. Really it was nice and touching and the Hindi was quite fluent as if it was written originally in Hindi. One more feather added to your cap and wish many more!
regards,
Pushpavalli

Thanks. I wrote the story in Tamil first and translated it into English for DH. It was published in May 2006. Now it has been published in Hindi. Did you see my picture and my biodata, all in Hindi? Just click the hindi version of my name VR and you will see that.

I uploaded HE 2 this morning. Eagerly waiting for your comments.

Dear Pushpavalli,
Only a few minutes before I had the pleasure of enquiring about you, to your daughter,. Malathi Jagan.
The credit for this translation should go to my writer friend Somasankar Kolluri, who, I see, from reading the replies here, has done a good job.
Thanks a lot, Pushpavalli for your kind words.

Oh Sreelatha, you can definitely use your initials. I was just reminded of the legal world, when I saw your initials.

Many of my stories are here in this site. You can also read from my books. Go through my forum to find out the thread, My First Books are Published and My Next Set of Books are Published...
Thanks for your comments in HE 2

Dear Sridhar,

I am a new Ilite and since the day I joined in, I had been reading your stories. The first story I read was "SHE"......it was such a wonderful story and since then whenever I read any new story of yours, i always thought to let you know that "what a wonderful writer you are", BUT never found appropriate words to express.....
Today, after reading your hindi version of "Teddybear".........mera mann kiya, ke mujhe aapko zaroor badhaaiyan deni hogi aapke likhne ke kaabiliyath par...........kithna achcha likhthey hai......aapki har kahaani kaafi touchy hai.........aur end itna different hota hai........
I love to read more stories from you

Badhaiyan BF.

Read this story today morn with my cuppa. It got tears to my eyes.

Many a time kids show us the importance of little things in life. Small wonder William Wordsworth said "Child is the father of man".

Loved every bit of the story BF.

Regards,

Your GF
