Default Rajasthani Thali!!

Hi ILs...

Did you know that one of the most interesting cuisines of India is the Rajasthni cuisine??

A Rajasthani Thali can be very interesting; both , to eat as well as to see...

A traditionally a Rajasthani Thali contains:
  • Roti/Puri
  • 2 Sabjis with curry
  • Sabji (sookhi)
  • Dal
  • Bati
  • Rice
  • Curd/Raita/Buttermilk
  • Salad
  • Pickle
  • 1 Sweet
This may seem quite normal to most of us, but one only realizes the beauty when one actually sees it!!
For you all, I have posted some pictures ....
Hope you all love it...

How many of you ladies still have this kind of interesting preparaton at home??
Do share it with us??
And is there any special reason behind having all these items in one meal...
Do share....

Regards...
