Janmashtami is the of Lord Krishna's birth.!!
Major celebrations of Krishna Janmashtami takes place at
midnight as Krishna is said to have made his
divine appearance in that hour. Fasting, bhajans, pujas and many other rituals mark Janmashtami celebrations in India.
I really love this festival...because we celebrate it with enthusiasm...and fervor..
We sing
bhajans and
kirtan till midnight. Then at 12, a puja is performed, we also go to the temple, and offer our prayers to
Lord krishna...
The whole family wakes up till midnight and joins the
celebrations.
