Ok now, according to the Astrology... planets have some effect on any individual!! So, it is said that when Shani Dev (Saturn) has his effect, it can be called as the "Bad Time" for an individual. That is when we say that a person's Kundlihas "Sadhe Saati"!

Sadhe Saat means , a period of 7 1/2 years time...
It is said that during this period a person is punished for the bad deeds that he did during his past life or previous birth...!

Durig this time, we should worship Shani Dev so that the ill effects are reduced a little!! And praying Hanuman at the same time will combat the effects too!!
