I'm using regular Tide powder detergent now.
I too have doubt regarding detergent , not the brand but type . Is liquid detergent better for front-loading machines ? Is it economical and worth the extra cost ?

Hi,
I got some allergy and went to a dermatologist before some time. I was using Tide.

The doctor advised enquired me about the washing solution, she told me that TIDE has more chemicals and is not good for daily washing.

She gave me a name for ALL FREE CLEAR which she told is a mild solution.

From then on I am using ALL FRE CLEAR.

Regards,

Hi ,

Even I was using Tide, and after my younger son got some rashes...same as in the above cases...I switched to ALL ( Fragrance free) .But even "ALL" with fragrance is good.

Tide is extremely concentrated and fades the clothes.

The key to using any laundry detergent is to use moderately.

Right now using the KIRKLAND detergent ( from COSTCO) and no probs as of now.

Cheers
Krithika ( Jithiks)

Thanks Revathi for the response. Will try the liquid one once the present powder is finished.
