Coupons - worth collecting....

Hi all,

Thought would be useful for everyone if we start sharing the coupon sites we use...

This is a well organized site , contains coupons for grocery, retail etc...

I am new to USA and didnt know that such a option was available ...

So we just take a printout of these online coupons and give it at stores ..is it ??
They accept just a print out of this coupons ?

Yes, print out of coupons is good enough for the stores..

If possible get the sunday edition of local news paper. They usually have lot of coupons in them ..

When I initially landed in the U.S. end of 2004,I used to see a lot of these coupons in newspapers and even in the stores themselves.I used to think,WOW! what a concept.
But then,if you really think thru' it,do you think after all the effort taking in cutting/printing the coupons,it is really worth it?

Most coupons offer only $1 or 50 cents discounts and in some cases ,if you buy two items,you get that discount..Moreover,I really don't see many people using these coupons...

How much do you save by using these...

As u say, collecting & maintaining those $1, 1.50 coupons are tough.. Unless u are very well organized u cant do that.. I usually look for the restaurants, retail store coupons.. Those come with with 5 off $20 or 10%, 20% something like that..

For me those are worth.. There is nothing wrong in using coupons and people do use them.. What do v got to lose other than gaining some ?
