Cell phone shopping in Chennai

hi all,
I am looking to purchase a cell phone (preferably Nokia) in Chennai. Budget is ~Rs.10,000-12,000.

Please guide a good and genuine store to purchase. Also, which model is a good one.

You can try the Univercell showroom in TTK Road in alwarpet they also have a branch in T.Nagar and many other areas. Nokia N 73 is a good model, check out the price iam not sure about that.

They do sell geniune stuff all company items.I have been buying from there for years, Sorry I did not that N 73 is so expensive.If you want you can try the Motorola v3i it's damn good that's what I have, good buy for 10 to 12k budget.

I dont know whether you have purchased a mobile. But I personally fancy Nokia 5300. It is a very good model, sleek and trendy and the price is also upto your budget.

I was thinking of gifting one to my hubby, but he says wait and then we go in for a higher budget one.

I was checking out the 6300, but since i saw ppl complaining about it, hence consulted him before purchasing.
Thanks for the info though, I will check out the 5300, probably if hubby does not like it, might give think about it for myself (not immediately tho).
