Good Juicer?juice extracter in US

Do anyone have idea abt good fruit juicers or juice extracters in US to use in India?

As my SIL needs this, I'm planning to get a good one for her, but I don't have one for myself and no idea abt it.

Pls. do suggest one on your experience.
